PR status pending for one year

My daughter applied PR as a foreign student one year before, but still pending until now.
Is there any way to the status directly to ICA not through ienquiry? by phone or email?

More often than not, ICA will reply to say it’s still processing and what you see on iEnquiry is what is it. If ICA requires additional documents/information they’ll send a letter to request for them.
