I'm looking for fitness buddies in the East whom are keen to embark on a healthy lifestyle but lack of companions. The programs can be those at community centers or fitness schools. I'm open to any type of activity as long as it can help to build up my stamina and get my body in shape. It can be from muay thai to dance to even Zumba.
