CPA/Remote Office/Nominee Director

Post by CantonKecks » Thu, 31 Jan 2019 9:38 pm

Hi Guys

I've established a remotely run company in Singapore, I use CPA/Remote Office Compny who are charging me for remote director, address rental and accounting. They're a little officious and too expensive.

I'm sure I can get a better deal somewhere else but would be interested if any of you here could give a personal recomendation ?

Thanks

You will be hard pressed to find a cheaper company. They have all been burned by unscrupulous people. They want to handle all aspects of your business to protect themselves and ensure that you are operating legally.

If you are operating legally, your best best would be to employ a Singapore citizen or PR who would become the director. Clearly, this person will want to know about your business since they are at risk but a trust relationship will be the best way to reduce costs.
