Novice Accounting Question

Post by CantonKecks » Sat, 26 Jan 2019 8:05 pm

Hi Guys

I set up a Co in Sing over a year ago and now need to submit accounts (despite not having traded a great deal).
I used a CPA to set up the company, however I'm having mixed feelings about them at the moment.
I believe Sing Companies are tax exempt for 3 years. Is that true ?
Can anybody suggest a good cheap book keeper who can do the required returns for me ?
Can anybody recommend a cheap CPA or compny host that I can move my company over for address rental etc ? Who are cheap and efficient ?

You can have it cheap.
You can have it good.
You can have it fast.

Choose any two of the three. You can PM me for the accountant I used for many years. She'll give you two of the three.
