My EP & my wife's DP is going to expired in next month. My company applied for renewal of Both & I have received IPA for EP & DP. I came to know that EP & DP renewal can be issued only if the person is currently in Singapore. I am in Singapore but since my wife is expected she is gone back to India for Delivery.
She is working on DP & her company need to do LOC renewal but the requirement for LOC renewal is they require renewed DP card of her but since she is not in singapore, she can not get that.
Need your advice on how to issue renewal DP in her absence as now none of the airlines allow flight travel after 32 weeks. & to be part of her company, company has to renew her LOC so that he can join company after her maternity leave i.e. in the month of May.
Anyone knows MOM provides any exception in such maternity conditions?
