Questio about the EP Status

I will be transferred to Singapore in March as local employment. My fixed salary in Singapore is over S$8,000. But I want to make sure that EP will be approved as soon as possible.

The reason is, I also got offer from the different company in other country and HR manger want my anwer by tomorrow..

I tried checking on the MoM website, FIN is required as my reference.. How can I get it?

Thanks in advance, if anyone can answer my question..
