Hello everyone.
Thanks for taking your time reading this post. So there is a company that apply my Employment pass, and its approved. But they have problem login to their EPOL account to print my IPA.
Question I have is should I wait for them to print out the IPA or I can go ahead resign?
Thank you & have a nice day.

Hi. Thanks for the reply.
May I ask why? I mean at the Employment Pass online status, it was mention Approved. The employer can still withdraw my application?

Technically they can cancel your EP application if needed. Unless you get the IPA and sign the contract, it is not advisable to resign. What is the rush for ?

Oh that's scary. So there is isn't any way to protect ourselves as employees lets say if they really withdraw the application?
Well, the current company I am working at, pressure is getting overwhelming, no salary increment. You get where this is going

Hence, the rush to resign the current company.

Did you personally check to verify that your status is "Approved"?
