hi i need help.. dec 1 2018 i was invited by my boss to work in his restaurant he was my manager way back 2011 he put up his own resto last dec 2017 whike i was working i dont have my epass yet because that time theres ni quota for accepting foreigner in his company. on the 23rd of dec 2018 we and my boss went to jb to have my passport stamped for another 30 days visiting pass knowing that i dont have spass yet i did not buy a confirmed ticket going bact to my country.. but i just bought a reservation ticket for 15sg in lucky olaze hoping that it will not be questioned by the immigration people.. then they interogated me and inspect my phone they found out tbat i was working in sg without a working pass.. they did not allow me to enter sg but we need to go back to jb.. question is my boss wanted me to work with him and told me that he will still apply my spass in mom what is the chance that i can get approved? of am i going to a have a problem going back to sg to get spass?
