In Singapore law, Which rights are given for women?

Post by tanleeandchoo » Fri, 28 Dec 2018 2:06 pm

Hello friends.

I want which rights are given to women in Singapore.

Can a wife has been given the right to use own surname and name separately?

Thanks in advanced.

I noticed, based on your other post, that this question is just blatent spam given your username is the same as the law firm you are pushing.
Either that or you really dont know, which as a law firm would put you in a really bad light.

For those that are interested, if you are a foreigner you will need to use the name on your passport, if local the name on your IC.

I am sure you can legally change your name to something else but I guess this is one of the service the OP is trying to push.
