Hi all,
Wondering if there anyone here familiar with the civil engineering industry in Singapore that could provide some insight for me?
I'm a Canadian Geotechnical Engineer with 4 years of work experience in engineering consulting and graduated from a well-recognized Canadian university. Considering to move to Singapore to work as a geotechnical engineer, for the experience living there with the travel opportunities, and perhaps the unique experience to work on the massive tunneling/infrastructure projects seen only in SG/HK/China.
I know in recent years the government launched an initiative to generally hire and train local. Does anyone know what kind of appetite is there to hire foreign geotechnical guys?
Thanks guys
Lawrence
