Hi all

There's been zero talk so far on the MOMs Pre-approved Letter of Consent. Apparently you apply for itwith your Ltvp and once you find a job, your employer doesn't need to apply for one but simply notifies the MOM. No Loc application needed!

I thought this was a very good thing but scratching my head why there's been no talk.

Has anyone had any experience with the Pre-Approved Letter of Consent? Does it make its holder (more or less) in line with PRs?
