Employment PASS apply again or NOT

Hi All,
I'm just a newbie in SG and it's my 1st time to work here.
I wanna know that if I need to apply the Employment PASS again after switching to new company OR can keep using former Employment Pass ??

Your new employer needs to apply a new employment pass for you before you can work for them.
