S PASS Cancelled or Not after resigning from present Employeer

Post by teeoo » Wed, 12 Dec 2018 11:41 am

Hi All,
I'm working in SG with S PASS and it's got 2 yrs validity. I don't like my present job a lot so that I'm considering to find a new job.
What I wanna know is they have right to revoke my S PASS before it's expired after I resign from them or NOT.
The purpose is I can stay here till my S PASS is expired.

Thanks in advance.

If you are not employed by the company that obtained the S Pass for you, the pass must be canceled. It's not that they have the "right", it is the law that they are required to inform MoM that you are no longer employed. MoM will be the agency that actually cancels the pass.
