If no experience, chances to get EP is very low unless you have graduated from one of the local SG universities.

Congratulation! Only 2 weeks, right?
I submitted mine on 7th and it's still pending... I'm so worried if I can start from Jan. I've spent pretty much money and time to move to Singapore anyway.
