EP processing times in December 2018 - Holiday Season

I am a graduate from India. Not in NUS. Doing internship in NUS. My employer applied for an EP though eligible only for S pass, leaving under the discretion of MOM whether to give an S or EP

If no experience, chances to get EP is very low unless you have graduated from one of the local SG universities.

I submitted mine on 7th and it's still pending... I'm so worried if I can start from Jan. I've spent pretty much money and time to move to Singapore anyway.
