In Singapore before ipa letter

Hi I am currently in Singapore on a 90 day visit pass. I just received my ipa letter. I have been here four weeks already and due to start work beginning of January. Do I need to leave Singapore first and present my ipa letter at immigration or can I continue to stay here without having to leave? Thanks everyone just a bit confused

You can use the IPA letter to get the actual employment pass. There is no need to leave if there are enough days on your visit pass for you to complete the formalities of your employment pass.
