Middle to lower back pain since 15yo, now 19yo. Didn't understand that back pain isnt normal so I lived through it all these years. Recently its becoming more severe and I have watched dozens of angmor chiropractors and they treated their patients, but in SG everyone on forums mentioned that they are scams and only want to hard sell packages, but some say there are good chiropractioners in SG. People recommend going to physiotherapists and bash chiropractioners for not being medically certified but online videos and testimonials are encouraging me to look for one.
Anyone knows a good and decent chiro clinic that won't hard sell packages and really focus on helping me?? or should I just go to a physiotherapist? Also, I do not know where to look for a physiotherapist haha. Thanks guys.

Chiropractic or Physiotherapist
Re: Chiropractic or Physiotherapist
Try both. Seriously. Chiros's are good at adjustments to ease pain and physios know what to get you to do to fix issues with muscle degradation etc.

Hi, chanced upon your question and by hearing your description that your back pain surfaced at a young age, there are various conditions that possibly lead to your pain. If you seated for any computer works or game for prolong hours you basically weakened your lumbar muscle which leads to lower back muscle imbalance. Your gravitational body weight bearing is the second possibility that stress your back over prolong sitting. And simply it can be just a accumulated traumatized lower back strain pain however, there are other young man like yourself may have the symptom of a back pain condition called Ankylosing spondylitis which is pretty much a medical condition related to your immune system. If any of your family members which may have the similar pain, it is probably the cause of your lower back pain.
On the other hand you may have slight lumbar scoliosis which can lead you to early symptom of pain as well, so it is still best to have a professional assessment or go for a proper diagnosis like an Xray or CT scan for a start.
Core instability and weak core muscle can be also another symptom, there are many various causes however dont treat the symptom but understand the underlying cause. GoodLuck
