Am a DP Holder in singapore and took a job with LoC. The employer asked me to sign an agreement initially (6 months before) and the agreement has a clause seeking 3 months notice or 3 months salary in lieu if I wish to leave. However, if the company decides, they can terminate any time. The probation period was initially said as 6 months, but the company is not confirming my job and saying they will consider later after seeing performance. Being a foreigner, its very difficult to manage things here and I don't know what to do now.
