Negative calories food

:roll: is there limit to intake of negative calories food eg. apples, orange, broccoli, kiwis, papaya etc ?

:roll: does it mean tt if u eat negative calories food, u can lose weight instead of gaining weight coz ur body need more energy to burn the number of calories u take in...?

i read from internet tt... u can actualli lose up to 2 pounds a wk by eating negative calories food... sounds amazing but is it true??? :?:

What are these nagative calorie foods and whats the interent link site...

Sounds interesting but will it hurt you in someother way???

Say what? Everything you list, except maybe broccoli, is very high in fructose (read: sweet) and thus has many calories.

There is one real negative calorie food that I know of, namely celery, but the 'negativeness' is almost zero. And it takes 3500 extra calories of work to burn off a single pound of fat...

I recommend the Jpatokal Miracle Diet instead: eat less, work out more.

When u are on negative calorie, consumption of protein food shud be increased.
