

i read from internet tt... u can actualli lose up to 2 pounds a wk by eating negative calories food... sounds amazing but is it true???

Say what? Everything you list, except maybe broccoli, is very high in fructose (read: sweet) and thus has many calories.H20 wrote:is there limit to intake of negative calories food eg. apples, orange, broccoli, kiwis, papaya etc ?
