dependent pass eligibility of a child of a single mother

Is it possible to get a dependent pass of child for a single mother/father who is on employment pass in Singapore and earns more than 6000 SGD per month.
If yes, can you share the documents required for the same.

You can't apply a dependent pass. Ask your employer to apply for it.

yes employer has to apply it, but eligibility of dependent pass is determined to MOM, will MOM allows in my case?

Eligibility and approval are two different things. You are eligible to apply DP for YOUR child if he/she is unmarried and under 21 years old. Approval will be determined by MOM.
