The best way to come to Singapore is by plane. I recommend First class on Singapore Airlines, and order laksa from the Book the Cook service.

Now as far as your sister goes... does she have any contacts in Singapore? If yes, can they help out? (I presume there's some reason she wants to work specifically in Sing, yes?) If not, why would a Singaporean company want to hire her instead of some local guy who would probably do the job for half the price?
