I am Dibyajyoti Guha, I know it is too difficult for getting PR in SIngapore as an Indian. Still it would be helpful for me if I get your opinion about PR chances if I apply. Here is my profile:
Race: Indian
Age: 37, Married with two children
Degree: PhD in Mathematics from IIT Bhubaneswar
E-Pass: Working at NUS with 5 years validity
Working domain: Human Computer Interaction, IoT
Working since: August 2018
Salary: 78,000 SGD per annum
Experience: 6 Years in Software in India prior to doing PhD in IIT Bhubaneswar, having good publication record in Science Citation Indexed journals.
Spouse: Working in India. Going to apply for dependent pass for my family in November.

Chance is going to be very less as your salary is not in line with what an IIT PHD graduate would earn.
Secondly, you are in SG since Aug 2018 and want to apply PR? Forget it. Chance is going to be 0

One tricky aspect of such questions - is there an actionable threshold?
As a mathematician, would you respond differently to 10, 30 or 60% chance of success?
