Scenario:
UK person, retired, is non UK tax resident (lived in UK not greater than 40 days in past 5 tax years + no home in UK or ties in UK).
Question:
If said UK person spends 200 days in tax year (2018) in Sg (no work; tourist visa) then is he deemed Sg tax resident? (note: year 2017 he was Sg tax resident).
If not then where is he tax resident, if at all? If not at all then how to complete a Bank request for tax residency from an Sg Bank (received Nov 9th 2018)?

I’m sure this scenario/question is relevant to other countries e.g. Australia but perhaps not USA which has different rules.
