Budget hotels in the $70-85 range

Hey guys,

I'm visiting Singapore later this month for a holiday. I need your suggestions on a good place to stay that won't break my meagre budget. All I ask is for say a 3-star hotel that's close to a lot of hawker centres and food courts (because I love the food in Singapore.)

As the subject line says, my budget is around $70-85 nett per night.

I've heard that Summer View is a decent place. What do you think?
