Filipinos and other SEA nationalities (except Malaysians) have typically low chances of being approved for PR. Your profile is just about average but there is no harm in trying except for the SGD100 fee.

Very low chance as Salary is not equivalent to work experience

its gonna be fine kabayan. I admire you for trying. Better try applying again next year.
Anyway just to continue your thread, i am also "planning" to apply for PR but when i read the replies here,i felt that hesitation already. Anyway how will i know also if i will not try.
for my status, allow me to borrow your template.
Nationality: Filipino
Age: 42
Gender: Female
Civil Status: Married w/o children
Annual Income: 60K+
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Occupation: Accounts Manager
PR Application Date: Going to submit this week- as my first attempt
Duration in Singapore: 7 years ++
My fellow expats, what do you think are my chances?
I was just also inspired by my colleague whom the whole family were approved (with their 2kids). Her husband was the main applicant. They applied last Oct 2018 and was approved April 1, 2019. They are from Malaysia.
Anyway wish me luck...

It is not going to be easy based on what you have said. Not sure on how are you inspired, as they come from a totally different background, applied as an entire family, etc

I had same problems. One my friend suggest for me <Spam Removed> Been there many times for all sorts of Visa needs for different countries. But the last time was perhaps the smoothest I can recall. All done in slightly over half an hour mins including application submission, biometrics etc
If you shill one more time for this visa service (which is not related at all to this post) your account will be locked and you will be banned
