I have get all my documents ready. But I have an error on the uploading.

Have any encounter this kind of issue?
Please kindly advise me what to do.
The form4A I have completed except the married,spouse and children are blank. (I am still single).

One more person has reported the same error today. Why not try again tomorrow? May be a system issue. Also what is the file name that you are trying to upload, along with the extension?
