Can I reenter SG? Exit Singapore on 26th Day of SVP, Pending Pass Approval.

Hi,

I entered Singapore on Oct 5, my SVP is set to end on 11/4.
I went to Batam on Oct 31 (26th day of SVP), planning to stay here until Nov 6.
I accepted a job offer on the October 29 and my working pass is currently pending on MoM.
I have booked a ticket to my home country (Ph) on Nov 8 to be presented to the immigration officers.

Will I have issues in reentering Singapore on the 6th?
Is it better if I wait for my pass approval here in Batam?

Are you flying from Sg? Should have no issues, if they ask just show your onward ticket.

You mean my flight to Ph? Yes, it's from Singapore to Ph on the 8th.
Will it not cause an issue given that I have pending EP application?

Update:

We did get an issue.
We returned yesterday, and I was questioned by the ICA.
They only allowed me to stay for two days.

My SPass Application have been approved last Monday (Nov 5).
It would have been okay if I were able to present my IPA yesterday, but since it was a holiday, my employer did not get to send it to me.
I already have my IPA now. But I'm not sure how to go about the next steps.

Any ideas?
