I was diagnosed with drug sensitive TB in mid Aug and I've been undergoing treatment for 2.5 months now with visits to the DOT and the TBCU. The treatment should end in Feb 2019 if everything goes right.
My husband plans to switch over to another company and he just had his EP approved today. He plans to take up this new offer on approval of my DP.
Should there be any issues ? If so what are our options ?
Ps: my current DP expires in Feb 2019
Many thanks for your help!
Doesn't the employer of your husband apply for the Dependants Pass?
So your husband has changed jobs already?
Shouldn't his new company be applying for the pass?
Didn't know DP had a time frame, or your hubby current EP expire Feb 2019, as I am pretty sure your pass is invalid as soon as the person you are dependent upon doesn't meet the criteria of allowing a dependent pass application.
according to MOM.
