I know it sounds very old fashioned, but does anybody know how to call a collect call to US?
I occasionally call a travel agency in US who accepts international collect calls.
Since I moved in Singapore this summer, I asked Singtel, Starhub and also a hotel concierge how I can make a collect call, but nobody knows. Actually some do not even know what it is.

I believe that for Singtel you dial 104 to get operator assisted international calls.
