Property Salaries Singapore

I'm about to be offered a position by a MNC to work in Corporate Real Estate (CRE), based in Singapore and to operate in SE Asia. I understand I wont be receiving an EXpat package but the MNC is aware the salary I'm coming off and advised their offer will be competitive.

I have a Bachelors Degree in property and 10yrs plus experience working in CRE for several MNC's in Sydney dealing with property in ASIA/PAC region. I currently earn A$120k pa. in Sydney and found it difficult to determine salary benchmarks for Singapore for the property field.

Would anyone have any advice on this matter. My expections of comparable salaries is S$150-$170k per year.
