Hi, Can anone help me out?

I have just set up my own small business and I need to set up my invoices. What do I need to put on the invoice?

Company name
Company address

Do I put my business registration number?

Terms of payment ie within 30 days?

Thanks in advance...

You must have your ACRA registration number on your letterhead, invoices, statement of accounts, and any issuance of any document purporting to be an official policy of the company, or officially issued by the company.

While your logo can be an abbreviated name, the full company name must appear somewhere, for example, "Whiz Bang Widgets, Pte. Ltd." on those same documents. If there is any question as to how a check might be made out to you, make sure you note how the payee is to exactly read (usually as your name appears on your bank account - which is the full company name) to avoid deposit problems.

If you're registered for GST, I think you are required to have your GST reg number on the invoice as well.
