Beware of landlord of unit 04-08 in Eastbay condo (through Eric Lee at OrangeTee and Karen Tan). The landlord will find any excuse to keep your deposit, he kept 85% of my deposit under false pretences without providing any receipts for the work done or any evidence of damage. Both landlord and agent are ignoring messages and taking advantage of the fact I moved away.

Are you no longer in Singapore? If you are still in Singapore, then file with the Small Claims Tribunal.

So the agent + his colleague did a pretty aggressive handover...
