Scandinavians in Singapore?

We are a norwegian family that might be going to Singapore in 2019. (Kids 2 and 9 yrs.)

I am wondering if someone can recommend places to live in Singapore, preferably where there are other scandinavians living?
And is there a school where there are many scandinavians attending?
(My husbands workplace will be in the middle north of Singapore.)

I am greatful for any tips we can get.
