Seeking advices on broken windows

Post by Crystalchi1207 » Mon, 01 Oct 2018 2:02 pm

Hi friends,

I live in a small condo which children playing football is a recurring problem. The management office is very passive asking me to call them everytime if someone playing football or other ball games. I live at 1/F and last week a group of kids playing football outside my back door and when I heard the broken glass noise, that was too late already. No one came to collect the football of course. I am a tenant of this apartment. Is there anyway I can claim the cost of repairing the windows?

Very sad .....

Your LL or property agent should pursue damages from the MA and children's parents as well as claiming on his insurance . You should not pay for this.
I not lawyer/teacher/CPA.
You've been arrested? Law Society of Singapore can provide referrals.
You want an International School job? School website or http://www.ISS.edu
Your rugrat needs a School? Avoid for profit schools
You need Tax advice? Ask a CPA
You ran away without doing NS? Shame on you!
