I had to look that up, didn't know the brand. Seen plenty in Malaysia but never knew what they were.

Proton Saga. Classic. I used to drive one from Chukai to Singapore on the weekends when I was working in Malaysia north of Kuantan. Real pieces of sh*t they were (I was driving one of the 1st Generation models). Don't know how the later ones were.

If you catch the red taxis out of KL Sentral you'll get a great idea of how much the Proton has changed... still a piece of sh*t. Great if you get a new taxi... six months later... blecchhh.

Emason, what about starting a business in Singapore? if you have a budget then it can be a great option for you guys! I know it will not going to be easy because of permission and other stuff and from your country list the South Korea can be a good option according to your work experience as they do have a wide range of car manufacturing, but South Korea as the country is not that good nowadays.

Thanks for your reply. I'm not certain that setting up a business is the right thing for us just now, however South Korea is a more likely option for Automotive, as you say. I think I'll take a look at that as a better option for now.
