Quit job, does it affect my EP application in the future?

Hi everyone!

I have worked with this company for 5 months and I really want to quit my job because it does not let me grow and it's a very toxic working culture.

But I haven't got my job replacements yet, so I am worried if I quit now and got my EP cancelled, will it affect my EP application with new company in the future?

Well I don't think so, but it might be different if your HR go to Immigration, it depends on your company, . EP is a good visa, keep it.
I suggest you to find another job for replacement sooner and better. By the way, what's yr present job?
