Hello! 28m here and i stay in the jurong west area. Been finding it rather difficult to go to the gym on my own to train by myself.

Difficult in terms of motivation and progress as well.

Anyone in the west finding any gym buddies to go tgt?

Have you tried signing up for ClassPass? The have a free one-week trial and some of the classes are gym based!
