My grandmother told me that if you use burntout charcoal ash it would actually help whiten the teeth. Has anyone tried this method by grazing ash onto the toothbrush before? Please share experiences..

Hi Teeth
If you don't mind paying $900... here's one technology i recommend... It's called SoniWhite Ultra-Sonic Tooth-whitening system. It is based on ultra-sonic technology, coupled with low peroxide levels that uses no heat. As compared to Britesmile, it doesn't use high intensity of blue light and high peroxide concentration. Therefore, it has negligible to no sensitivity as compared to other technologies, as a side effect
The best thing is both the results and costs ($900-$1500) are similar. This technology is only available in one or two clinics in singapore. While other technologies take 1-2 hours to achieve this result, this system only takes 15-30 min.

In brief, no more paint-on or rubber dam, no more patients discomfort and it is fast.
Leading experts in the field of whitening and research have shown, that the most predictable and effective tooth whitening takes place when you combine in-surgery and only few minutes daily home maintenance whitening system, for few days after the in-surgery procedure.
The SoniWhite offers the benefit of rapid whitening of both upper and lower arches simultaneously at an economical price with low operation and maintenance expense.
The unit uses multiple arch ultrasonic technology trays and proprietary ultrasonic whitening gel to produce energy to accelerate the oxygen free radicals to achieve teeth whitening.

Unfortunately the lowest price the dentist can offer you would be $900 because this is set by the manufacturers. In fact, they encouraged it to be sold above $1000 and not below $900, if not they will take back the right to use the machine. So i guess $900 is really a good deal for an investment of 3-5 yearsant bleach your teeth, and plus i know of this promo that if u are the first 20.. u get free scaling and free consultation. (So u kinda got ur $100 back thru this. :) )
BY the way, this technology has low chances of having a relapse as compared to the other systems.
do pm me and i can tell you more if you need it

Hi mngern

Is there an email that I can send to you asking about teeth whitening? I am looking for other cheaper ways like less than $300. I have a low threshold of pain by the way.

Sally,

My dentist's nurse said that teeth bleaching will cause teeth sensitivity for some people. May not be wise..

I am interested in the Ultra sonic whitening too. Can give me the dental clinic which uses this kind of whitening too? Where can I find more information about this type of whitening?

isn't it better to do it with the HOME TRAY system given by the dentist? i think sitting on the dental chair with your mouth wide open for 1 hour seems torturing. hehe. anyway, good luck!
