Re: Question on ‘Re-enter to Singapore without Visa’
If you fly, maybe. If you just cross to Johor it looks too much like a visa run so you run the risk of being denied entry, or getting less than 30 days. An onward ticket out of Sg might help but I'd suggest it would be a good idea to have it less than 30 days ahead.
Your problem is that you are leaving as your visa expires and then returning shortly after. ICA are wise to this.

Ok, if let’s say fly. Because I’m going KL. Does it consider Safer if I take a fly to KL rather then just cross over via car and it would not be like having a VISA RUN?

It's better, but there's no guarantee.

Alright , thank you for the infobgd wrote:It's better, but there's no guarantee.

And the other thing is How about if I want to extend visa thru walk-in or online. Because I saw some talk about it, saying if apply online , we have to leave SG for 7 days , but if walk in to apply extend then don’t have to leave SG. Is that true?

A few years back my parents extended their visa on-line with no issues, so yes it's possible.
