Lovely flats and condo however dealing with Far East development upon moving out was a disaster who tried to sting us with every charge possible. They withheld our deposit due to minor scratches and requested that all floor be repaired and polished at a cost of 1300 for 310sqf the agent are rude and clearly trying to get everything paid by the tennant so they can sell the flat as new again.
