Has anyone tried kombucha in Singapore for better health

Post by terencebc92 » Tue, 28 Aug 2018 10:51 am

Hello friends,

I've recently started brewing and sharing kombucha with family and friends. Just wanted to see how many people here drink kombucha or have tried before. And are there any real health benefits that you've observed.

For those who don't know what is kombucha.
It's a fermented tea that's packed full of probiotics. Tastes really good while being great for your digestion and immune health.

i drank before. yes i do think it helped with my digestion issues, i feel less bloated.
but kombucha tea needs to be refrigerated, to keep the probiotics active.
pls make sure you store in fridges!

Store bought kombucha are kept refrigerated but home brewed are okay at room temperature :)

I am making a batch at the moment but haven't had enough to notice any difference. I used to make kimchi and I find that it helped with my psoriasis flares - not sure if it's coincidence though.
