I just went there with my friend, and the service was terrible there.
The assts selling the duck rice gave us black face and were rude in asking the customers to queue one side for their food.
The auntie selling drinks was even more terrible. I ask for milk tea and she told me no more; then she asked me if I wanted milk tea with ice. I was stunned by her reply and tot that she was just joking. I then asked for coffee and ice milo and she walked past me, asking me rudely if I wanted milo or coffee. Told her "ok" and after I paid her, she just shove the change into my hand.
This is not the first time I've encountered this problem with this particular shop, so don't say tt it is an isolated incident.
To maintain our good service standards in Singapore, pls AVOID patronising this shop.
