Hello!
We’re a small EU company and we engage one of the Singapore financial industry companies to do on-site services for them.
The nature of the work doesn’t require the employees to stay longer than 90 days in Singapore. The employees (all EU citizens) continue to be payed by the EU company during the whole time.
How should we practically approach the formal aspect (visas, etc) of onboarding our resources? I know some EU citizens getting EP when getting employed in Singapore for a long term, but that’s not our case really.
What do you advise?
