We are looking at moving to Jurong East. Wondering the average rental price residents are actually paying for which particular area/size place?

For condos use the following link https://www.ura.gov.sg/realEstateIIWeb/ ... rch.action to search for recent rental prices. The results include the condo development name, number of bedrooms and size of property so you can easily compare asking price with similar recent rentals.
