SPASS Medical Xray Results

Hi,
I am about to take my Xray test to have my Spass issued. My question is, if result shows that there is a suspicious nodule in a certain part of the chest, do doctors request for another XRAY of the affected part so they can check if it’s something that is benign/malignant or do they right away decide it as unfit to work?

Another X-ray is not likely to resolve benign/malignant nature, further investigation is likely needed.

Important question is who will pay for further testing? That may affect the decision more than anything.
