Any tips on salary negotiation ?

I am looking to negotiate a salary. Its a big MNC and the work is RnD related. I have Phd in Computer Science area and work as a Data Scientist. I have 2 yrs experience in the current field and 5-6 overall in Industry.

Right now I work at a startup which offered me a chance to learn data science.

What kind of salary can I expect or should I ask.
