I'm a foreigner working in Singapore, and have a 19-month old son, for whom, I am exploring options for playschool (now) or N1 (Jan 2019 onwards). After some research, I found two playschools near my home - "PCF Sparkletots" and "Edufarm Star tots". Both offer two hours of daily morning sessions, which is exactly what I'm looking for (and not half/full day childcare). PCF Sparkletots charges around S$342.4 per month, while Star tots charges almost half of it (S$175 per month). Hence, am wondering about the difference in curriculum between the two, other things that I should factor into my decision, etc.
Any feedback from parents who have experience with either of these playgroups would be much appreciated.
