Buy hdb for PR

Hi I just would like to ask. As I got my PR approved recently.. I understand that if you form a circle of siblings who has PR as well you can buy hdb. Let's say my wife is not a PR (only DP or even just EP) but my sister is a PR. I can still buy HDB together with her but I got to be min. 35 years old correct? Pls advise

You are mixing up all the eligibility requirements.

1. If you are married , you only can buy HDB with your spouse not sibling.
Must have SPR status for 3 years before buy a resale flat.
2. Min 35 years old is only for single singapore citizen not for married single PR

I'd add the loophole for <35 yo PR siblings has been removed I believe due to the near PAP loss in the GE.
