What happens after signing Letter of Offer

Post by trangth127 » Wed, 20 Jun 2018 2:31 pm

Hi all

I wonder what your experience was like after signing the offer.
I'm currently on Spass for the last 2.5 years and just got an offer from new company last Wednesday.
However after I signed and sent back the letter, they haven't get back to me for any documents (such as passport biodata page etc.) that I assume necessary for application of S/E -Pass.
The HR manager told me that they have quota for S-pass and that I shouldn't worry too much.
So, at this moment, I don't know if they are applying for the pass or not yet.
I've tried to call the HR manager but she didn't pick up... worrying that due to some reasons they might rescind the offer....
From your experiences
1. How is the normal process after candidate accepts the offer?
2. Do companies just go ahead and apply for the renewal without the documents?

Thank you for reading.

Hey trangth,

From your experiences
1. How is the normal process after candidate accepts the offer? After you accept the offer, they will ask for your Passport copy, Degree, and IC copy (if existing)
2. Do companies just go ahead and apply for the renewal without the documents? I dont think so. I just signed LOE yesterday, and they asked me for the documents for them to proceed with the EP application.

Hope this helps.
