Damn, that siphon looks goooooood

My Wife used to do the Japanese drip coffee. We have a dedicated coffee grinder for fixed grind size. But I don’t want to stand around slow dripping the hot water through the grind...

Btw are there any 24 hours coffee cafe around town area that serve above average coffee.
